Scheduling recurring records

Some records repeat — a monthly meter reading, a yearly inspection. Instead of remembering each time, schedule a reminder and Flatren will prompt you on the due date.

Set up a schedule

  1. Turn on the reminder

In the create-record form, switch on Set a reminder to schedule the record.

  2. Pick a frequency

Choose Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Once.

  3. Choose the next date

Pick the reminder date. The earliest you can set is tomorrow — the form shows "Earliest fire is tomorrow."

On the due date, Flatren sends you a reminder push notification that opens a prefilled new record, ready to confirm.

Manage a schedule

Open a schedule's detail screen to manage it. You can edit the Title (), Frequency (), and Next due (), then tap Save when something changes. Use Pause / Resume to stop and restart reminders (not available for Once), or Delete to remove the schedule entirely.

Deleting asks you to confirm: "Delete this schedule? Future reminders will stop. Records already created from this schedule stay as they are." A Once schedule closes itself automatically after it fires.
