Delete your Flatren account

You can delete your Flatren account and its data at any time, from the app or by email. Flatren is made by Fines Software Consulting SRL.

In the app

  1. Open Flatren and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is locked straight away. For 30 days you can sign in and cancel the deletion; after that it is final.

Without the app

Write from the email address on your account to contact@fines-software-consulting.ro with the subject "Delete my Flatren account". We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, payment handlers, properties, leases, payments, records, attachments, notifications and device tokens are deleted 30 days after you ask.
  • On leases you shared with someone else, their copy stays and your name is replaced with "[Deleted User]".
  • Subscription and accounting records are kept for up to 10 years where Romanian accounting law requires it. Crash reports expire within 90 days.
